Baby Whisperer's Wake-To-Sleep method for habitual wakings

Has anybody tried the Baby Whisperer's Wake-To-Sleep method for ending habitual wakings?

My little one wakes every day at 230am and isn't hungry. I pick her up and she goes back to sleep. Wondering if this method really works, because I wonder if it would just postpone the waking to the next sleep cycle!

    Any feedback is appreciated!

Hi, I've just noticed this post is quite old but wanted to reply in case you're still interested in this method. We have tried it a few times and it has worked for us. We have been to Australia a few times this year which has totally disrupted our son's sleeping, despite only a 2 hour time difference. When we get home he wakes really early in the morning so we use this method to reset his body clock. I don't know why it works but it does!
