The opposite of Tiger Mother
In 2011, first we learned about Tiger Mother and now we are introduced to Hiroshima Mother who has generated twice as many comments (over 15,000):

I read that article as well last week and had a lot of thoughts about it. But, I have to say this sort of behavior isn't unusual nowadays--makes me think of the author of "Eat, Pray, Love" I personally, don't get the logic of how being utterly self-serving and selfish can somehow be beneficial but maybe I'm just old-fashioned.
