Swimming Classes
I want to enroll my 2 year old in swimming classes with daddy this summer. Has anybody tried Harry Wright? What do you think of the classes? Any other suggestions for swimming classes? thanks.

hi i did Harry Wright last summer when baby was about 7 mths old. We had Jayne and she was great. We really liked it and this year, we will probably wait for summer again before starting and yes it was a daddy baby thing. their way of bonding, i was there to help change the little one.

We've done a few terms at SCAA with Bev as the teacher and I've been very happy there. I've recommended Harry Wright to many friends. I started when my daughter was 10 months old and she's now 2.5 - and I'm also taking my 7 month old as well now. The facilities are fine, it's clean and the pool is heated (for winter!), those are the main things!!

Found it at Yahoo. I thought Harry Wright was one of the instructors. For those interested, this is the web site,

From that page, Harry Wright started the swim school in 1975 and has passed away since, but I think that quite a few of the instructors are relatives of his.

we did it at West Island because it was nearest us in Pokfulam and i think it was one of only 2 schools that had classes for his age. At 2 yrs old, i remember almost all their locations had a class.
The west island school facilities r great, water is heated, indoors not sure about the other locations. parking is limited though. places do get filled up very quickly, i would definitely call early if you're interested.
as i moved to tai hang this yr, west island is now too far for me.
