Watch the fish oil - depending on which fish it is derived from, it could be contaminated. I highly recommend Nordic Naturals brand - they have a fish oil esp. for pregnant and lactating women. I got it from an online US store but I think it's sold at CitySuper Healthquest also.

Can anyone recommend a good multivitamin that is easily available, but not full of fillers like Centrium?

I've been taking Blackmores Pregnancy & Breastfeeding gold for a few weeks but I've have noticed it has a strong fishy smell due to the fish oil which I find very off putting. Can anyone recommend a good vitamin alternative minus the fishy smell? Please share what works for you.

For fish oil, I've been taking Equazen mumomega, which is sold at my OB's clinic (Central Health). However, I've also noticed that they're available at Bumps2Babes and Mannings (look in the pharmacy section of the IFC branch). It has no smell or aftertaste whatsoever and you take one capsule a day. I can't remember how much I paid, but I think it was around HK$180 for 30 capsules.
As for prenatal vitamins, I'm taking Pregnacare original by Vitabiotics. This is available from Mannings (look in the pharmacy section) and Bumps2Babes. It costs around HK$79 for a 30-day supply.
