Comparing baby to the older child

Thank you all for your replies. Thanka2, I can totally relate to that jealous feeling when seeing people with their easy going babies. It's nice to know I am not the only one who has felt that way! Perhaps she will mellow out a bit, but I suspect she is just an intense person and always will be. I just have to find ways of dealing with the intensity. As for finding things to do with her that I enjoy, there are many moments when we are having fun. And I am in the process of signing us up for a few classes. She is very fun and silly, so I am hoping she enjoys herself. Had she been our first child I am not sure my husband would have been on board for number 2, but it definitely would have been easier!

tigger definitely know what you're talking about. i have the same situation with baby #1 and baby #2. so so exhausted.... and always feel guilty that i'm comparing. so glad to have read everyone's responses~
