My sis got one made at art deco with slide and everything but the slide was so dangerous they had to remake the whole bed without the slide because (1) the quality of the bed was not so good (2) the slide was not usable cause it was too steep. Nevertheless her daughter loves the bed, just a bit disappointing for what she paid...they gave her a 50% discount because there were so many things wrong with it. Her son had one made too...but no slide, transformer or what not and the paintings looked fabulous! Still wouldnt pay so much for them....a beds a bed....at least for us ;).

Wow, crazy!! I've never actually looked at the price tags, I've just noticed the store and I know my daughter would LOVE one of those beds. Too bad though, as she's already got one that doesn't need replacing ;)

next time you walk past, go in and have a look...
i will say that the last time i looked, some were on sale... marked down to $18,800.....(not including the matress)! personally, i think for that price, they should throw in a diamond tiara to go with the princess beds! LOL!

yes Cara, the name of the mall is Red Star International. Its massive and has loads of furniture shops which are kind of similar to what you would find at Horizon Plaza only cheaper.
Delivery, assembly ect to HK is seamless.

do you by any chance have the name written in chinese? or is it a direct translation? if it's a direct translation, then hubby can figure it out...

    thanks!

Cara, sorry I looked at the business card for the shop I bought my DD bed from. It says Red Star Macalline Furniture Mall, and I can't read chinese, much less type it. Perhaps hubby can google this in Chinese. I must warn you though, the prices were higher than I expected for Shenzhen but the service and quality was pretty fabulous
