Termination of helper within 7 days of hiring
Hi, I want to know what are the obligations if I want to terminate my helper within 7 days of her starting work . She came from Macau so am I supposed to give her the ticket to go back to Macau or Philippines ? What are the other things I need to do.

if she is originally from PH, then she goes back to PH (her hometown, not just manila), plus travel expenses, such as food she will need during her trip.... not macau. you have to pay her 1 month wages in lieu of notice, too.
but this depends on the reason for firing her. if it is due to gross negligence (ie. she left your baby alone and went grocery shopping), then you can terminate her without notice or payment in lieu.

I looked at your previous postings and it seems to me, that you were in significant need of a good helper to look after your baby, when you found your present helper.
For you to terminate her contract so quickly after her start date, something significant must have happened for you to have been so upset with her performance. Do you wish to elaborate to look for a solution, or is your problem with her something that you can work through or perhaps talk to her previous employer / relatives about?
Sorry that you are going through this.
