We started off 50/50 to get our daughter used to the taste, then moved to 100% a few days later.

Don't think it matters what brand, it all comes out of cows :)

We switched earlier than you, at 12 months. If your toddler is eating well, should be getting the nutrients needed from food by now. Sippy cup/bottle - I would change one thing at a time. Same with number of feeds. Less chance of a strong willed toddler rejecting it this way.

    1) i started adding it to the food first for a few days to watch out for signs of allergy. with no reaction then i served it in a sippy cup / bottle instead of water during this meal times, now i am giving it 50/50...and slowly changing the ratio. should take a week or two.
    2) any brand is fine - depends on how much stress you place on organic or not...in fact i give my kids different brands and never stick to one (though they do have their preferences, they are not fussy) since I am unsure which is "good" and which is "bad" - all in moderation they say.
    4) just the allergies - make sure to monitor when you start
    5) i switched at 12mths
    6) i use sippy cup at meal times and bottle for the last feed at night (just because I want to make sure it's 4oz and it's more clear on the bottle)...convenience purely for me...

    No sugar added.
When she turned one, I started adding a tiny bit (1 oz) of fresh milk to her formula bottle.
Then I started putting a little fresh milk into her oatmeal.
Then we started giving yogurt as an afternoon snack.
Slowly I'll increase the milk in her bottle, and reduce formula.
