Lumpy Kowloon Dairy milk?!
Has anyone noticed any white specks in their Kowloon Dairy milk (see attached photo)? This is the second time we've opened a jug of milk from Kowloon Dairy & it has lumpy bits in it. Yuck! I bought it in Taste Hang Hau.

I've had it with a different brand. It comes from improper storage of the milk and so the milk goes bad even before the use by date. Best to return to the store. If it consistently happens, complain to the manager or buy your milk elsewhere!!

Is it not just the cream that's risen to the top?

Like Nicole I've had it with different brand before too but I bought it from my local Wellcome. I brought it back and the manager asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I went for a refund assuming the whole batch is off. I found out that they actually took the remainder of same brand's milk off the shelf when I went back later in the day.

I don't think it's cream as there shouldn't be any in the first place. My helper poured the milk in her coffee and she said it looks like little bits of tofu swimming in her coffee. It's reassuring that they will take the whole batch of milk off a shelf. Pity I threw out the receipt so now I don't have any proof that I bought it in Taste. I will just buy another brand in another shop.
Thanks everyone for your replies.

I have been a loyal customer of Kowloon Dairy for more than a year and 70% of the time it gets spoilt 2-3 days prior to the expiry date. Fed up with the 1.25L size, I switched to the smaller pack but it gives me the same problem! Now I set my own expiry, x days after I open. The situation should improve over winter.
