I have a friend who was overweight when she fell pregnant, and she actually lost weight while pregnant (although it's not recommended to go on a strict diet while pregnant). She was a few lb lighter when she gave birth than she was at the beginning of the pregnancy. The baby was fine, and within weeks after birth, she was something like 20-30 lb lighter than at the beginning of the pregnancy. The baby's growth is not necessarily correlated to the mother's weight gain - so try to eat healthy when you can, make sure you stay hydrated, but don't stress too much :) All the best!

TNJ, I am feeling better now. My body has been recovering in a smooth condition. A friend of mine introduces me to try some chinese herbal medicine. It seems to make me recovered sooner. My condition is getting better and almost resume to normal. I am sure you will be alright so soon. :)
