QMH hospital bag dimensions
Hello
Does anyone the dimensions of the hospital bag permitted by QMH?
They seem quite strict on bag size but in the information they gave me I cannot find details on the actual dimensions they allow.
Thanks!

The lockers are tiny and you won't be able to store a bag inside. You'll need to unpack everything. Not sure if you're allowed to store a small carry on under your bed. Basically I would bring the smallest bag possible, with the bare essentials.

I don't think there is a restriction. I've seen people bring in tiny suitcases to duffel bags.

I don't know if they give you actual dimensions, they definitely don't check and aren't bothered by what you bring... I'd say the smaller the better... I had a small suitcase that I normally use as carry on luggage. It didn't fit in the locker so had to be kinda next to/kinda under the bed (it didnt fit all the way)... Along with the baby cot next to the bed everything was pretty tight! I asked for early discharge so only stayed one night and didn't need much, hardly even touched what I took... next time ill take far less stuff!!!

10x15x20 inches. They will give you a card that stated the bag size when you reach your third trimester and being sent for QMH for antenatal care.
By the way, where can i find maternity underwear and pads?

I've seen pads and disposable underwear at Mothercare in Princes Building.
