Best prenatal vitamin?
Hi all,
Any recommendations for prenatal vitamins? I took Materna in my last pregnancy but didn't like how it has artificial colouring in it. I'm looking for a brand that is free from additional chemicals and yucky stuff.
Thanks!

Hi, I used Nature Made Multi Prenatal that I ordered from iHerb. There are lots of other options on there but I chose this one because it had good reviews, was reasonably priced and is free of colours, flavours, preservatives etc. If you haven't used iHerb you can use my code JEJ737 for $5 or $10 (depending on how much u buy) off your first purchase. Delivery by normal mail takes about 2 weeks, but if you order above a certain amount DHL delivery becomes very reasonable and takes 2/3 days. I also ordered Nordic naturals prenatal DHA, raspberry leaf tea, stretch mark creams and a host of other things from iHerb, way cheaper than anywhere in HK!!

I would think Materna (Wyeth) is good, is a popular brand in HK and is recommended by so many OBs including mine.

I'm taking SuperNutrition Simply One PreNatal Vitamins that I got from iHerb too. They have a huge range of choice for all natural alternatives.

I wouldn't think a prenatal vitamin made for pregnant women can be bad, especially from a reputable brand.
