Playgroup w/ 3 year old, with English language building skills etc

Hey everyone,


Our wonderful 3-year-old daughter is diagnosed with ASD (autism), but have progressed leaps and bounds the last year. We are looking for friends who would be interested in joining her for a structured playgroup at HK Autism Recovery in Sheung Wan - they would have lots of fun with a professional teacher, focusing on language and social skills - but mostly having a good time.

We are a native English speaking family, the session is fully in English and the center tells us that kids who join often benefit by improving their language, independence and social awareness - at times they have a queue to get in :)


If your girl would be interested, please let us know - of course regardless whether you are from Hong Kong or abroad. It is a 1.5 hour class, on weekend mornings or pre-lunch, and we'd of course pay the full class fee for both us and you. If you want we can of course also meet outside the classroom to have fun!

I have a 4.5 yr old son who I suspect may have ASD (I'm planning to get him tested I a couple of months after we have settled in) and a 2.5 yr old girl who is estremely bright, happy and playful. Would love to join you if the offer is still open or if you'd like meet outside just to compare notes.

We're native English speakers as well recently moved from Singapore but originally from the US and Europe.
