I got ours at the Jusco Department Store in Taikooshing. Best purchase we ever made. It worked better than a bassinet for the first couple of months when we kept the baby with us in our bedroom as we could wheel it around during the day and not wake him. Now that he's started sleeping in his own crib, we'll be using it as a high-chair for when he's a bit older.

Btw, if you join the Jusco VIP program (costs $50, immediate effect), you get a 5% (regular discount off baby stuff) plus another 5% on top (as a bonus first day VIP user) - for a 10% discount off the ticket price. (I think it's $2800? Anyway, Combi products are controlled-price items, so it's the same everywhere.)
