- Establish realistic expectations with regards to childcare
- Adopt effective and practical screening and interviewing strategies
- Understand why good training for your helper is essential

For Mums due Jan-Mar:
On Monday night, we decided it might be better to give the massage thing a miss on Tuesday 29th October (doing too many things at once), we can do it/something similar another time. So we'll do the Annerley thing at 5:30pm and then go on somewhere for drinks and nibbles - please can everyone put their thinking caps on for where we could go? Ideally somewhere that enables us to mingle a bit.
